North End Bed & Breakfast

Our bed and breakfast is small and friendly with two double bedrooms and one single, all with en-suite shower rooms.

Both double rooms have king (UK size) beds and a seating area. The single room has a standard single size bed and a comfortable chair. The bedrooms are centrally heated, with colour TV, hairdryer, electric blankets and a hospitality tray. There is FREE WiFi access throughout and Sky television is available in the lounge.

Breakfast is served in the dining room and our breakfast menu offers the choice of a freshly cooked Scottish breakfast or a selection of lighter alternatives. A buffet selection of juices, cereals, fruit and yogurt is also available, together with freshly made tea or coffee and toast with preserves.

North End B&B is non smoking throughout. Private parking is available in the grounds. Check in is from 16:00 (earlier check in may be available on request) and check out is by 10:30.

The Cottage

Our two bedroom holiday cottage is attached to the B&B but is self contained with its own entrance. On the ground floor there is a light and airy living area with dining section and a small kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

A small double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor are both en-suite, the double with a shower and the twin with a bath. The twin room is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living area and as such may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of four persons plus a cot, is non smoking and no pets are allowed. A small garden (shared with the owners) and parking for one car are available for guests use. The cottage has full gas central heating. All our tariffs are inclusive of gas, electricity, towels and linen.

Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00. Bookings can start on any night but must be for a minimum of two nights.

Our Location

We are located in the centre of Nairn around 10 to 15 minutes walk (or less) from the town, station, beach and harbour.

Sample some malt whisky at one (or more!) of the many distilleries in the area.  Benromach Distillery is the smallest working distillery in Speyside and also the closest to the Bed and Breakfast.

Nairn Golf Courses

Play golf on one (or both) of Nairn's two championship courses or one of the many others in the area.  Nairn Golf Club and  Nairn Dunbar are both within 5 minutes drive of our Nairn accommodation.

Bird watching and wildlife photography trips can be arranged through  A9Birds based in Moray. Tailored full or half-day trips are offered for individuals or small groups.

Classroom Bistro

Nairn has a selection of good places to eat. Within 5 minutes walk of North End Nairn is the  Classroom Bistro, a relaxing place to eat and drink.

Highland Games

The  Nairn Highland Games are held in August and during the summer there is an active timetable of games throughout the Highlands.
